I have a very diverse background in the mortgage business mostly due to the fact that I have been doing this for over 4 decades.   Experience putting deals together is something that I have earned and serves my customers, my company, and me very well.  I have funded residential and commercial real estate loans with all manner of loan programs from Agency, FHA, VA, private money, Non QM, and well, you name it, and I have done it in this industry.  I also have a background in mortgage operations in funding, docs, and even underwriting for my mortgage company.

I graduated from the University of La Verne with a BA in education.  I played basketball for all 4 years in college and 1 year of college baseball.   I remained involved in athletics all of my adult live am currently obsessed with pickleball.   I spent as much time as possible with my 4 daughters and 4 grandchildren.   To my great delight they are all getting involved in pickleball, at my encouragement, and we are having a tremendous time being able to all participate in this sport together.
