Why did you choose Quontic as your employer?
Quontic is all I’ve ever known. I’ve been working with many of Quontics employees for 20+ years; they are family. I can’t imagine working anywhere else. I love that not only does Quontic allow people to grow and advance, they provide the tools to make it happen. Quontic truly invests in its employees, and that is rare. I’ve seen it grow from just 10 of us in this tiny little back office to this awesome unstoppable force that keeps growing with no end in sight. It’s as much a part of me as I am of it.
If you could have entrance music play when you come into the office, what would it be?
“Last Man Standing” by Asher Roth. The lyrics are just inspirational. It’s truly meant for the underdog who never gives up or stays down—all about the long and hard road to the end.
