For those new to real estate investing, our Multifamily 5-10 Units program is available if you have a strong housing history (0x30x24) or own your primary residence free and clear. 

However, Mixed-Use 2-8 Units properties require prior experience – borrowers must have owned and managed commercial or residential real estate for at least one year within the last three years.
