Real estate investors can opt for Quontic’s debt-service coverage ratio loan to finance the purchase of an investment property. To qualify for this type of loan, you’ll use the income from the investment property and can finance up to 75% of the property value up to $2 million. There’s no need to show us a tax return, W2, bank statement or income statement.
